MANAGING CAFE AND RESTAURANT FOR FOOD COURT

Objective:

Participants will be able to understand how to manage cafe, restaurants and food courts efficiently.

Duration of course : 3 days

For Whom:

1. Those who wants to start a business in cafe and restaurants.

2. Those who wants to start a career in managing cafe, restaurant for food court.

 

Number of person per course: 20 persons per class

 

Course Content :

1. Basic principles of management.

2. Supervising kitchens, dining areas and food counters.

3. Guide on food for beverage (wines, coffees chocolate, cakes, healthy food for food calories.

4. Manpower supervision.

5. Hygiene for sanitation.

6. Cleanliness for equipment, cuttleries, etc.

7. Quality for cost control.

8. Purchasing and pricing.

9. Food handler

 

Course : RM 600.00 Per person including :

(a) Free Food handlers certificate

(b) Field visit

 

Meals : RM 15.00 per day

Trainer : Food Institute Of Malaysia Lecturers

Venue : FIM

Medium Of Instruction : English or/and Malay
