MANAGING SCHOOL CANTEENS

Objective :

Participants will be able to organize and supervise school canteens effectively with emphasis on the highest standard of hygiene for sanitation.

For Whom : School Canteen Operators


No.Of Participants: 20 persons per session


Durations : 3 days


Course Contents :
1. Basic of supervision

2. Sanitation and hygiene

3. Preparing and cooking children food

4. Starting cooked and raw food

5. Purchasing and pricing

6. Food safety for children health


Course Fee : RM600.00 per person including:

(a) Course materials

(b) 1/2 day Food handlers course

(c) Field visit

 

Meals : RM 15.00 per person per day

Trainer : Food Institute Of Malaysia Lecturers

Venue : FIM

Medium Of Instruction : English or/and Malay
