MANAGING STALL / HAWKER BUSINESS

Objective :

Participants will profitably be able to manage a hawker stall business (food, fruits, drinks, etc)

Duration of Course : 3 ½ days

For Whom : Those who wish to start a small stall business

No. Per Class : 20 persons

Course Content :
1. Basic principles of management

2. Preparations on set-up of stall business

3. Basic Bookeeping

4. Quality for cost control

5. Purchasing and pricing

6. Hygiene and sanitation


Course : RM 600.00 per person including :

(a) Course materials

(b) Free 1/2 day Food handlers course

(c) 1/2 day exposure to stall business transactions

 

Meals : RM 15.00 per person per day

Trainer : Food Institute Of Malaysia Lecturers

Venue : FIM

Medium Of Instruction : English or/and Malay
